Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
How to Cancel an Order:

To request a cancellation, contact us at texaspokemart@protonmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Rush-order items typically ship within 24 hours, so cancellation requests for these orders must be submitted as soon as possible.
Important Notes:

Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship only when all items are available.

All approved cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee, regardless of whether the item is in-stock or pre-ordered.

If we cancel your order for any reason without your request, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Abuse & Bot Policy:

Orders placed using bots, 3rd-party automation tools, or multiple accounts to bypass order limits will be immediately cancelled and are subject to the full 10% cancellation fee.
Shipped Orders & Returns:

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, please do not open the item and contact us within 3 days of shipment at texaspokemart@protonmail.com to initiate a return request.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Pre-order items and sale items are not eligible for returns.
Vintage Products:

All sales of vintage products are final and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Singles & Graded Cards:

All sales are final on Singles and Graded Cards.

Due to the nature of these items and the sensitive collector market, we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

That said, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider to help recover your loss.
Chargeback Policy:

Chargebacks will not be tolerated.

Any attempt to fraudulently reverse charges after receiving product will result in a permanent ban from our store.

We vigorously dispute all chargebacks and, when necessary, will pursue action through small claims court for abuse of our policies.
