Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order before it ships by emailing us at texaspokemart@protonmail.com. Please submit your cancellation request within 48 hours of placing your order. For rush orders, contact us as soon as possible, as they usually ship within 48 hours.

If your order includes pre-ordered items, it will NOT ship until all items are in stock.

Please note, all cancellations incur a non-refundable 10% fee for in stock and pre-ordered items. If we cancel your order for any reason, you won’t be charged this fee.

Orders placed using third-party software or multiple accounts will be cancelled and charged the full 10% fee.

If your order has shipped and cannot be cancelled, do not open the package! Contact us before your package is delivered at texaspokemart@protonmail.com to request a return. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% fee for cancellation. We do not accept returns for pre-ordered items or for items that were on sale/discounted.
