Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

How to Cancel an Order:

• To request a cancellation, contact us at texaspokemart@protonmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Pre-order cancellations: You have 3 days after placing your pre-order to cancel. After this grace period, cancellations will no longer be accepted, and the order will be considered final.

• Rush-order items typically ship within 24 hours, so cancellation requests for these orders must be submitted as soon as possible.

Important Notes:

• Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship only when all items are available.

• All approved cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee, regardless of whether the item is in-stock or pre-ordered.

• If we cancel your order for any reason without your request, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.

Abuse & Bot Policy:

• Orders placed using bots, 3rd-party automation tools, or multiple accounts to bypass order limits will be immediately cancelled and are subject to the full 10% cancellation fee.

Shipped Orders & Returns:

• If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, please do not open the item and contact us within 3 days of shipment at texaspokemart@protonmail.com to initiate a return request.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Pre-order items and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Vintage Products:

• All sales of vintage products are final and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Singles & Graded Cards:

• All sales are final on Singles and Graded Cards.

• Due to the nature of these items and the sensitive collector market, we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.

• That said, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider to help recover your loss.

Chargeback Policy:

• Chargebacks will not be tolerated.

• Any attempt to fraudulently reverse charges after receiving product will result in a permanent ban from our store.

• We vigorously dispute all chargebacks and, when necessary, will pursue action through small claims court for abuse of our policies.
